With over 25 years in the restaurant industry, Cavallario’s Cucina made it’s
debut in 1997 in a small building on the outskirts of Watertown preparing
pizza and pasta in a family setting. As the years passed and recipes grew,
Cavallario’s Cucina relocated to the now downtown location, where an 1800’s
house was gutted and remodeled to incorporate the family dining
establishment it is today. High ceilings, deep warm colors and antique decor
all add to the flair and feel of “city-like” dining.
The menu boasts of traditional and signature dishes, all prepared with fine
fresh ingredients. Cavallario’s is sure you will taste the difference.
Market fresh produce, wild caught seafood, dry aged choice cuts of beef and
tender milk fed veal are only the beginning. In our cucina we use cold
pressed virgin oils, oak aged vinegars and fresh herbs galore to create fine
Italian delicacies. Our selection of homemade desserts, “just like grandma
makes“, will complete your meal.
Our fully imported wine list has a range of selections that will satisfy the
fruit of the vine consumer.
Warm Family Setting
Set in a rustic, 2-story home built in the 1800s, our Italian restaurant offers 3 spacious and comfortable dining rooms. As you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a front dining room bathed in a warm glow from the large windows looking onto the street. The main dining room beyond offers a comfortable environment with an intimate feel. As you ascend the staircase, you’ll discover an expansive private dining area that seats 40 and is ideal for private parties, meetings, and conferences catered with delicious Italian cuisine.
